Hi Gurus,
I have a wired situation,we are having Deliveries print then not able to create a TO because there is not stock available,It seems like every time there has been a TO created for one of the LB01 process of ordering parts. A delivery should never print if we have inventory and the TO for that storage location should not print for all the inventory. Can some one put some insight on this as to why deliveries for sales orders are printing without stock available or is the LB01 process not looking at reservations correctly. Thanks and regards, Pepa |

Pepa,
I don't know what you mean by 'print', you can print a delivery if the delivery exists. I am going to assume that you print deliveries upon creation, and therefore mean "we are having Deliveries created then not able to create a TO" . Delivery creation normally takes place only after passing an availability check. The delivery creation does not necessarily need stock to pass an availability check, this is dependent on the settings of the ATP check. Review the following configuration settings: OVZK - Ensure that the item categories in your deliveries do not have 'avail check off" selected. OVZ9 - find the availability checking group (material master). select checking rule B for MTS. review the scope of check. You probably want to tick "check without RLT". You probably want to tick 'include deliveries" Other items may need to be ticked base on specific business model. I would refrain from including purchase orders or production orders for now. Also make sure your WM stock quantities are consistent with your IM stock quantities. Best Regards, Golfi |

Hi Golfi,
Thank you very much, for your quick reply, yes we are testing the availability, but there is also a user exit in the stock determination,so how do i check that and as you mentioned in the earlier reply of yours"OVZ9 -If we can find the availability checking group (material master) select checking rule B for MTS.To review the scope of check,If we can tick "check without RLT",and tick 'include deliveries"."As i could not find a checking rule B for Make To Order Stock and even RLT,if you can really explain me more regarding this, that would really help me out and i really thank you for your patience. Regards, Pepa |
