SAP Appoints Lori Mitchell-Keller
Head of Global Retail Industry Business Unit

SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced the appointment of Lori Mitchell-Keller to senior vice president (SVP) and head of the Global Retail Industry Business Unit. As SAP continues to expand its portfolio of innovative solutions for retailers, Mitchell-Keller will oversee the delivery of end-to-end solutions that help customers build unified sales channels, consumer-driven supply networks and integrated merchandising and marketing programs. She will report to Jeff Harvey, SVP and general manager of Emerging Industries.

Mitchell-Keller will play an integral role in solidifying SAP's leadership position in retail solutions, and will focus on the creation of a program for all organizations dealing with retail throughout SAP. She will also oversee the retail solution and technology strategy, field support, solution roadmap definition and requirements for all retail solutions, in addition to go-to-market strategy.

Mitchell-Keller has more than 20 years of experience in retail and manufacturing supply chain management (SCM) technology. She joined SAP in 2007 and led line-of-business solution management for Idea-to-Delivery, in which she oversaw the delivery of end-to-end solutions in the areas of SCM, product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing, procurement, operational performance management (OPM) and business networks. Prior to joining SAP, she led retail solution management for JDA Software Group and held leadership positions with Manugistics for 10 years.

Mitchell-Keller holds a master's degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and in operations research from Stanford University, as well as a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University.
