Auto activation of Availability Control

Hello Experts,

We are using SAP IM and SAP PS. Project is created from AR and budget is allocated through IM position. In this case, Availbility Control is not automatically activated and we are forced to activate the same using CJBV. Is there a way out to activate the AVAC automatically as it happens when we allocate the budget in CJ30 ?

In OPS9 transaction select the relevant budget profile and maintain the "Activation type" as 1 and check.
