Project estimation and execution

Hi experts,

Please guide me how to proceed .Business procedure is as follow.

Before start of project we need to do estemation of project based on our own procedures. The procedure is almost similar to ECP. But it doesnot fulfill all requirement , So customization may required.

This estimation itself take place from one to three times,for which all data willl be required to captured. Here i tried to do it in simulation but due to its limitations it is not possible, SO How to do?

After estemation is completed for project execution they again required to create diffrent WBS and activities with diffrent cost plan and rates. So again a new project required to be created?

Creating new project or editing same project; depends on the requirements
Explain the estimation process.

Hello Pepa,

This can be very well achieve through CO version. When you create CO version lets say 1 ,2 etc , you can have cost planning in version 1 ,2 etc. No need to create new project.
