Settlement Issue

Hi All,

I have one scenario:

We are booking timesheet against Service Order and in service order settlement rule is NWA.
In NWA settlement rule is WBSE and in WBSE settlement rule is ORD (CO Production Order). And finally in CO Production Order settlement rule is for MAT (Material).

Now I have settled service order to NWA. But while settling WBSE in CJ88 system is not settling WBSE cost to ORD receiver object. I tried all combination of input on selection screen of CJ88 and run this in Test mode but still not.

Can anyone please let me know - why WBSE is not getting settled into ORD (CO Production Order)?

I doubt whether system will allow to settle WBS to an Order. Normally WBS considered as higher than Order.

Hi Lala,

Cetainly you can settle it to a order.

Please check

1 settlement profile -- whether order is allowed for settlement
2 allocation structure -- settlement cost elements check whether cost element is assigned or not.

On production order side.
1 ) check whether order is released or not.
2) order should not be closed.

Please let us know if any error message.
