Default Iview Access Details

Dear All,

I want to know which Iviews was access by which all users and at what time on Enterprise Portal.

I configured Portal Activity Report and added my Iviews to it but then by that I am not able to know who all has accessed all those Iviews and at what time.

So is there any way out to find which Iview was access by which User and at what time.

Thanks in advance.

Zumba

Hi Zumba,

The Portal Activity report gives you information about the

-- Information about the number of users who logged on during a specified period of time

-- Information about the users who logged on

-- Information about the number of users who visited each page and iView.

Check the below link which give detailed information about the Portal Acitivty reports

Also check note 998653.

Golfi

Hi Golfi,

Thanks alot for your reply.

But I had configured Portal Activity Report its working fine I am getting how many time a particular user had accessed that Iview or page.

But I want it which all users had accessed those Iviews i.e I want the used id of the User who had accessed that Iview or page.

Can I get it from some table. If it is so can you just tell me that tables name and details.

Thanks in advance!!!

Regards,
Zumba

Hi Zumba,

The aggregated data can be found directly from the Portal database.

Database table name: WCR_USERPAGEUSAGE --- Holds information about which users viewed which pages and iViews.

you can also find the logon ID of a user who viewed the page/iview with their IDs .

Aslo check this link for more table references

Hope this helps.

Hello Zumba,

If you are open to trying something new and want to make your life a bit easier, Sweetlets just released the latest version of our SAP Portal analytical application, Click Stream with iView recording. Total access to complete user history or in depth page view statistics are readily available. It beats fighting with the PAR.

If you are open to finding out more information, here is the link: http://www.sweetlets.com/w/solutions...futurereleases or to www.sweetlets.com and look at the Click Stream application.

The iView recording in Click Stream is just one of the many statistics you can easily pull from your portal.

And you can use it in your development portal for free to test it out and see if it is something that will work for you. Easy to set up too, so no worries there.

Hope this helps. Good luck on your search.

Burt
