Hello,
I am in the middle of installing a DEV/TEST/PROD BOBI4.0 setup for a client. I had installed DEV and TEST up to Patch 10, and everything was working great. Yesterday I started the install of PROD, and noticed Patch 11 was out, so I installed up to 11. I also patched DEV up to 11, and was going to do TEST today. However, today when trying to get AD SSO to work in PROD, I was unable to. Kerberos debug logging shows no problems, the BiLaunchpad.properties are being read. Everything seems normal. So I decided to check DEV, which was already configured and working with SSO. Same problem. TEST SSO is still working as it is still at Patch 10. I uninstalled Patch 11 from DEV and PROD and reinstalled Patch 10, but I am still unable to get SSO to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Pepa |

Hi Pepa,
Did you check the properties file, make sure it didn't change due to patch 11 install? Regards, Mirna |

Hello Mirna,
Thanks for the reply. I did check it, and verfied it is working. I also had a backup of it that I replaced the existing one with, and still the same problem. Changing other settings in the properties file works, so the file is being read. However, I installed Crystal Reports today in DEV, which went through the regular setup, and after finishing the BOBJDeploy and restarting the server, and replacing the properties files again SSO was working in DEV again. So something changed after that install that fixed it. I am going to try the same thing in PROD today to see if it fixes it as well. Regards, Pepa |
