Hi experts,

How would a client do an adhoc increase using ECM?

Kind regards,

Hi Zoom,

Normally, the ECM programs are set up to allow entries for adjustments during specific time periods. If you want to utilize the functionality of ECM and allow managers to enter increases at any time, you would have to set up a review with open ended dates ( to 12/31/9999) or a separate one for each year (1/1/2011 to 12/31/2011). You could title this review "Ad Hoc 2011" or "Outside Normal Period".

In our company we have a set annual review period and any changes outside that period require a PCR and multi-level approval. We do not use ECM for changes outside the review period.

Regards,
Portal
