Default Database size by company code

Hi all,

Is there anyway to determine the data size related specifically to a company code? We are in the midst of asset transfer project and the PM asked me for data size based on company code. Could any kind soul out there help me?

Thank you in advance!

Portal's correct. There's no ready-to-hand report for that kind of information.

You can do a rough estimate though.
  • determine your biggest tables using tx. DB50 or DB02
  • determine the archiving objects for those tables -> DB15
  • make test archiving test-runs (without write/delte) for those objects by company code (if possible) -> SARA
  • check the protocols of those runs and Excel the amount of database-space freed.
Cheers!
