SAP Gui hangs

Hi,

We are deploying SAP 7.10 Patch level 16 and we are having some rather strange problems.
SAP Gui sporadicly hangs at apparently random occasions. This is affecting all our users (several hundreds) and it seems to happen in all kinds of modules.
The trace-files tell me nothing at all. If we install the same media manually, all is fine.
We're using Microsoft SCCM as deployment tool.

Check in SM50 to see if all work processes re being used up when this occurs.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately it didn't bring us closer to a solution.
It seems, when the GUI hangs that it does so without waiting for a process completion. We can se no active transaction processes related to the clients at the time it hangs.
The only "fix" we have right now is for the user to ctrl+alt+delete and kill the sapgui.exe.

Try SAPGUI 7.20 to see if the same problem occurs.

Other than that, I would open a case with SAP.
