Info Area went to un assigned nodes after transport to QA

Hi experts,

I transported my data model to QA including the new Info Area 'ZPSCF' I created.
But there was another Info Area 'ZPS' (root level) which was not collected in transport by mistake.
After the transports Info Area 'ZPSCF' went into un assigned nodes including all objects under it.

I sent another transport with only Info Area ZPS but it did not worked.
I have got the ZPS in QA now but my ZPSCF is still under un assigned nodes.
Please advice how to resolve it.

Hi Rampa,

> Try re-importing the earlier TR in QA system. As ZPS is now there in QA, reimporting ZPSCF and info objects may do the trick.

OR

> send the info area ZPSCF again in a new TR.

Regarding Info objects, you also need to send Info Catalog so that info objects are collected in the info catalog.

Hi,

Smetimes system works wierdly. Follow the steps,
1. Try Re-importing again and check
2. Log out and check whether updated if not re-import again
3. Last ..Better go to that INFO AREA, with change mode and save and add it to new request when it prompts.
Now transport this Transport it will sure update..Do slowly step by step..

Hi Rampa,

Reimporting the previous TR should resolve your issue as the target InfoArea is now present in QA system. This TR will assign the objects to required InfoArea.
