CapTech is actively hiring a qualified Business Objects Technical Lead with the following experience;

GENERAL:
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytic/problem solving skills
• Ability to train and perform knowledge transfer
• Team player, with strong emphasis on knowledge sharing

TECHNICAL:
• 5-8 years of strong experience with Business Objects Product Suite- Universe Designer, CMC, Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, InfoView, Crystal Reports, Dashboard Builder, Performance Manager, BO/Webi SDK, Scheduler, BO Server Administration and Performance Tuning.
• 2-3 years of experience with BO XI product suite( R2/3.1 or later versions)
• 1+ years of experience in designing and developing dashboards using Xcelsius.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, relational databases and SQL tuning.
• Strong knowledge of BO Architecture.
• Experience with BO ETL tools -Data Integrator, Data Quality and other BI tools – OBIEE, Cognos is desirable.
• Experience with data modeling tools – Erwin, Visio is desirable.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Candidates must be open to occasional travel.
