ERP Finance Business Analyst - English Speaking - Tehran (Iran). My client is looking for an ERP Financials Business Analyst (This could be SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft, Microsoft Dynamics etc). The client will provide the Consultant with extensive training in their bespoke ERP solution, which is to be implemented. The Consultant will then be involved in implementing a bespoke ERP solution for Taxation & Revenue collection.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* Upon award of contract, planning and production of the High Level Scoping, Detailed Scoping and Customization specifications for the modules under the Business Analyst responsibility. Then the elaboration of test cases on the basis of use cases.
* Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the defined quality plan, and within the time-scales and budget assigned.
* The support to the off shore development team for any clarification required in the specifications and guidance for design.

DUTIES:
* Planning of the workshops, agenda for each meeting, and conclusion so as to finish the production of specifications as per agreed project plan.
* Ensure that the Functional Specifications elaboration process conforms to the solutions methodology.
* Control the consistence of the different Functional Specifications of the modules and their strict compliance with the contracted scope of supply.
* Lead customer workshops to define and prioritize business requirements, and document each workshop conclusions.
* Produce and circulate the different revisions of specifications and get acceptance of such.
* For the modules under the Business Analyst responsibility, elaborate a training course content from the functional specifications in line with the customer working procedures
* Ensure where appropriate that 'project security' is maintained including the control of all classified material.
* Set up the configuration parameters for the corresponding solution modules in accordance with the specifications before user acceptance testing.
* Assist in the sorting out of reported issues during testing phases: specification error, implementation deviates from the specifications, change request, etc.
* Assist the Client in verifying the correctness of fixes delivered to resolve functional issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Demonstrated successful experience as functional business analyst (e.g. ERP implementation for a large corporation)
* More than 5 years of experience as functional business analyst
* Fluent in English - reading / writing / speaking English
* Experience in working in non European countries is an asset
* Natural leadership
* Willing to relocate abroad for around 3 years
* Excellent technical skills in contemporary IT requirements methodology
* Excellent writing and communications skills
* Intensive training by client on their bespoke ERP solution to be implemented will take place prior to the assignment

English Speaking Project. Start 19th April 2010 (can wait for people on 4 weeks notice). 2 Year Contract. Location: Tehran (Iran). Pay Rate: €600/day + Accommodation and Flights. Client will arrange work permits on your behalf.
