Role: Senior SAP Systems Analyst (SAP CRM/SRM)
Location: Houston-TX
Full Time Position
US Citizens and GC Holders Only

Work Description:

• Maintain 99.99% availability for all Hosting products and infrastructure
• Interface with other central organizations to improve and implement
process, procedures and automation
• Pro-active and reactive performance analysis, monitoring,
troubleshooting and resolution of issues
• Regular application capacity planning related to database growth and
system utilization, trend analysis and predicting future application
resource requirements
• Provide 24 x 7 escalation support using global resources
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule
• Provide fourth level escalation support for the Support Center
• Provide Hosting Professional Services for customers with
requirements that go beyond the normal scope of work
• Working closely with other team leads and their technical teams to
ensure delivery of application services within the performance targets
set
• Defining and implementing consistent standards across systems
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer to other team members
• Manage SRM procurement multi-tenancy platform
• Build SAP Spend Management platform

Build SRM 7.0 platform

Profile needed:

• Senior SAP technical/solution architect with 10-15 years experience with SRM/CRM functional knowledge a bonus
• Minimum three full implementation cycles (consulting experience desirable)
• Recent hands on Netweaver expertise including XI, BW, Portal and Solution Manager 7.0 (from installation to post production GoLive third level support)
• Strong preference for SRM 4.0 (ITS, Business Connector, Content Server, Requisite Catalog) / 7.0 technical experience
• Strong Oracle DBA skills
• Strong SAP performance/capacity management skills
• Team player, lead/management skills
• Strong knowledge of the Windows platform and Microsoft Cluster
• HP Data Protector knowledge a plus
• Good knowledge of ABAP/Java development
• Excellent, communicator, motivated etc. French speaker a definitely plus!
