We are offering you an exciting role of a Business Analyst in the field of Human Resources. You will work in KONE’s management and support process solutions team. As a key member of our process solution team, you will be responsible for contributing, supporting and developing knowledge and processes mainly in the area of SAP HR. Your team works closely with the Business HR Teams.

In cooperation with your colleagues you will ensure that our development policies, daily procedures and the process requirements of our business units are met. Your responsibilities also include hands-on configuration as well as learning the best practices of your area of expertise and sharing them with your colleagues. The position requires some travelling.

We expect you to have

We will recognize you from your good knowledge and experience of SAP HR solution and supporting HR business units. You are able to analyze and understand the business process requirements and to translate them into system solutions within given time. You have a vast SAP HR background and have been supporting or rolling out SAP HR projects.

Experience of project management as well as integration with other SAP and business solutions are considered valuable assets. Strong communication skills, great attitude towards team work and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues are close to your heart. You are a proactive and reliable team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. We put value on you having a university degree or equivalent and fluency in English.
