Job Description


You will be involved in design and development of applications.
You will be expected to develop conceptual understanding of the entire system under development, its business usage, technical architecture, performance and functionality related issues.
You will be involved in coding and debugging based on the conceptual understanding of the design.
You will be expected to have good understanding of the fundamentals of SDLC and be able to develop simple algorithms and data structures independently.
You will be expected to have strong Unit Testing and trouble shooting abilities.

Candidate Profile:
Good experience of development on AS/400 / iSeries (Preferably using COBOL)
CLP Programming for iSeries (or AS400)
Ability to troubleshoot and fix Development, Testing environment
Should have Prior experience of Product Development and/or Maintenance and support of applications

Project Management for single or multiple clients for at least 3+ yrs.
Must have managed teams of at least 20+ consultants in prior roles.
Good to have PMP certification.
Must be well versed with optimizing programs, improving profitability & retention.
Good to have understanding of CMM/CMMi/Six Sigma processes
