SAP Administrator – XI - Opportunity for EU based candidates

Our client is an international company, leader in the field of development and production of software, IT systems, data storage systems and IT services. For their dynamic team in Brno they are currently searching for SAP specialist

As SAP administrator you will:

- managing tickets level 1-2-3 for eligible Customer systems (according to the service agreements),
- resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their customer requirements.
- be responsible for SAP Health checking (analysis and correction of anomalies)
- perform installations, migrations and upgrades of SAP products
- use tools for remote management
- be responsible for advanced incident / service requests investigation, diagnosis and resolutions where possible
- change the SAP environment according to customer needs
- provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical SAP environments.
- suggest improvements for the infrastructure to stabilize customer environments

* SAP basis administration experience longer than 2 years
* Deep knowledge of at least one of these RDBMS (ORACLE, DB2, SQL)
* Knowledge of SAP Net weaver environment, SAP R/3 Enterprise, SAP BI, SAP CRM
* Experience in Windows 2000/2003, UNIX / HP / Linux /AIX
* Basic Experience in SAP archive
* Be able to perform SAP upgrade, Heterogeneous system copy
* Secondary school or Bachelor's Degree
* Very good knowledge of English language
