My client is creating a global SAP Service Centre based in Switzerland, and are currently undertaking a global SAP implementation. The client is looking for a SAP BI/BW Team Leader in to support the current and future SAP projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of and educational background in IT and/or Accounting (University degree or similar). Ideally also in Project Management as well as of accounting-, controlling- and finance-processes. At least 8 years of SAP FI/CO or BI experience of which 3 years in a leading SAP role with at least 2 cycles leading a team are key to success.

The position entails responsibilities as follows: Personnel responsibility for a team of internal SAP FI/CO and BI specialists and will be responsible for the 1st and 2nd level support and developing your team, Develop deploy, maintain and support the SAP ERP, PI and BI systems and SAP FI/CO modules. SAP Business Support is responsible for the incident/problem management, configuration and customizing as well as training and user/authorization management, Full lifecycle responsibility, including, analysis, training, maintenance and support. The position requires the ability to lead a team of SAP FI/CO and BI experts, both on the functional process and configuration level and in close relationship with the IT and the Accounting team and process owners.
Its an English and German speaking role, however French and Spanish a strong plus.
