Job Title SAP HCM Compensation Management
Experience Level 7-10+ years Location Glen Allen, VA Start Date Immediate Duration Long term Job Description The HCM Compensation Management consultant will be responsible for overseeing the functional landscape of the clients overall HCM Compensation Management configuration and deployment strategy. The resource will be required to understand and develop complex HCM Compensation Management design and implementation. The resource must support the HCM Project in the design, developing, and implementation from a Compensation Management perspective. Creation of business blueprint including SAP ECM standard settings and RICEFW identification. Creation of functional specification including SAP ECM custom-build development requirements and transfer knowledge to client personnel. Required Skills Set: Implementing SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) Configuring SAP HR Enterprise Compensation Management to achieve Desired functionality in Enterprise Compensation Management. Knowledge of managing portal configuration including iViews, pages, worksets, and roles. Understanding of technical development of custom iViews for SAP ECM. Participating in and facilitating client meetings, interviews and workshops focused on collecting business requirements for ECM. Developing client recommendations and new Portal solutions around SAP HR ECM functions. Knowledge of ECM Budgeting and Salary structures. Secondary module experience in personnel administration, Organizational management desired.
