Our client is a leading global IT Consulting company in USA. Job type: Full-time Regular Job role: Package Solution Consultant Job role skillset: SAP.HR Time Management Job description: The SAP HR Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP Time Management module. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM application solutions. This consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. This individual will develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role based profile changes. The individual is expected to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business process definition, to configuration and unit testing, assistance and follow-up with user testing, to co-ordination of transports to production, to training and post-live support and fixes, etc. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
