Job description:
The project manager is responsible for the overall on-time, on-budget delivery of a successful SAP implementation.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing work plans, managing deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities
- Estimating project skill requirements, and then working with resource deployment managers to identify appropriate resources and manage their integration into the team
- Defining and agreeing on deliverables and milestones
- Setting and controlling scope
- Communicating status and vision to client management and stakeholders
- Overall team management, including regular evaluations
- Project financial management
- Risk management

Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years experience in designing and implementing the SAP projects- hands on
• At least 4 years experience in managing a team of 10+ full-time employees (FTEs)
• At least 2 years experience in business case development
• At least 6 months experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m
• At least 3 years experience in contract management, multiple supplier/company environment, subcontractor experience, and Proposal experience
• Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
• English: Intermediate

Preffered:
• At least 1 year experience in proposal development of at least 3 proposals with one having a TCV over $1m
• Certified in SAP
• English : Fluent
