We are looking for an experienced Technical manager with strong project management skills to lead a senior team in Human Resources HCM processes and systems. This individual will be responsible for software and systems that enable SAP based HCM capabilities and operational processes.

Requirements:SAP HR experience is required * BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science * Minimum 5 years of managing SAP implementation and support teams * Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing global SAP HCM implementations * Previous experience as the project manager for multiple SAP HCM implementations * PMI certification preferred * Knowledge and experience with HCM processes and functional configuration * Knowledge and successful implementation of SAP ASAP development methodologies * Cost center management experience including budgeting and forecasting
