Budget in PS

Hi!

I am totally have no background inthe PS module and I do hope someone can shed me some light on the following:

a. How do I ensure that the planning figures get copied over to the budget for projects?

b. How does SAP update the budget figures project using the planning figures as input ? From IMG, where can I view the definition ?

c. Is there any other suitable transactions/reports that I can use to view the budget values for projects?
