Default Header group condition

Hi Gurus,

I have a header condition ZCX3 and requirement is that it should be spreading over to item level based on no. of items. For example: If ZCX3 = $100 at header level and there are five items (regardless qty and net amount), each item should receive $20 deduction at item level.

Is it possible through standard config or i need to define a grp condition routine of own for this.

Golfi.

Hi, Golfi,

Try standard header condition RB00

Hi,

I think you should have alternative calculation type to your condition type which would distribute to the items based on number of items.

Lala.

Hi,

Niether response is correct. If you want to spread the header charge evenly amongst your sales order items. set your condition type to be both header and group condition. Then go to your pricing procedure where you have inserted your header condition type and change the base type assignment to routine 160. That's all

Mirna.

I agree partly as marking the condition type as header and item is basic requirement and also I think in such case we should have the group condition checked.

But during the distribution of the header value to item, system would consider the base amount as the header amount and it distributes based on the Calculation type selected in the condition type and the altcaltype assigned if there the distribution logic is not available in standard SAP.

No, Mirna is right. If you have header & item set up, it just distributes automatically. It's standard, and can't be broken unless you set up custom group routines or custom alt calc types.

My apologies, I overlooked that it has to be distributed by number of line items in the sales order. You guys are right.
