SAP Business Objects Architect Needed urgently

Consultant Responsibilities
i. Head resolution of user Webi report issues including error messages, run-time problems, technical development issues, universe security issues, etc.
ii. Coaching BI Power Users in best practices
iii. Review, design and lead universe workshops with power users to develop functional specs for generic universes conducive for the creation of analyses by power users
iv. Identify development curriculum and training process for next generation power users including Webi, universe, background data knowledge, and related topics
v. Hold office hours or other related activities providing Power Users a collaborative environment for report/analyses development
vi. Build knowledge content for BI COE website
vii. Build consulting process for the development of new analyses
viii. Facilitate the help parameters and scripts to improve Ops and Support response and triage

Required Skill Sets:
i. Webi (Java and Rich Client) XI 3.1
ii. Universe Design XI 3.1
iii. SAP Netweaver BW/BI experience 7.0
iv. Experience connecting Business Objects tools to SAP BW/BI environments
v. Experience with CMC and CMS XI 3.1
vi. Architecture knowledge of Business Objects XI 3.1
vii. BW Query design and output including working with BEx Web Analyzer
viii. Experience in using SAP BW and Business Objects performance statistics for monitoring system and query usage rates
ix. Data Modeling Experience
x. Status communication to OC daily/weekly

vi. Can successfully interact with business users to identify user requirements and propose solution options with pros and cons
vii. Proficient at documenting the work, producing training material, training users/ technical teams for the developed product
viii. Proficient in training users in the required technology
ix. Experience in architecting and developing solutions for complex business requirements
x. Is able to articulate required tasks, dependency on other tasks, create a plan to accomplish tasks and independently manage tasks
xi. Is able to Project manage independently
xii. Is able to identify risk to the solution and required test and control plan and communicate appropriately
xiii. Proficient at producing functional and technical specifications
xiv. Proficient at identifying test plan, set test parameters, testing and documenting test results
xv. Has experience with large client and large projects
